Webi hate the freeform format of OneNote. my OCD is screaming and it is a deal breaker for me I love it. You don't have to use the freeform nature of OneNote. When you start a new note, you hit enter at the title, and it jumps to the default text box. Just type in it and stay in that box, don't edit outside of that unless you know you want to.
