Webfiverr also takes 20% out of the sellers tip. if there were no charges for tips then it would create a loophole where you could buy/sell a gig for $5 with fees, then tip $100 with no fees. fiverr being a business wants to make money so that loophole is closed. its allowed bc we all agree to the tos of the site when we sign up.
