WebHeavy shield is not really worth it. For the most common weapons the Heavy shield might allow you to take one extra bullet if you are in mid-long range. I dont feel it gives enough for the extra 600 credits it costs. I will be buying light shields much more often. But of course, if you have the creddits, a heavy shield is better in most cases.
